I was 37 days past due on a 200 dollar a month payment and They came and repossessed my car. I owed 415 including late fee and Now because they repossessed They want 950 to get car current.

Are they also in the car business? its seems as if, They wait lurking like a vulture to take your car when you are a little late. I would never do business with this Piece of *** company ever again. If you are a little late with a payment they will come and *** I have never encountered a company that is so Greedy and Not willing to work with it customers.

Its a shame. DO NOT do business with this Company!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Repossession After 37 days late.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

OneMain Financial Cons: Extremely high interest rate.

My vehicle was placed for repossession. I spoke with someone from their office and set up auto pay to get caught up on my payments.

Now I have a third party company contacting me about missing payments that I never set up. I contacted someone from the repossession office and they assured me that it's a company that collects interest on default accounts and in no way or form should they be contacting the customers.

Typical serial dead beat loser noise.... Tell you what...

Here's what you do, pull your contract, find the clause that says you can pay when you want. Find the other clause that says they should "work with you" another deadbeat phrase or show "compassion" and you should be good. If not, this is your fault and problem and probably the reason you're relegated to getting high-interest loans on your car.

Don't pay ON time or they're coming for your @#$#. It's that simple Pay On Time All The Time....Problem Solved...You're Welcome Before you say it, allow me to use the top serial dead beat phrase, "you must work for them."

You weren't "a little late"! Your report is nothing more than the broken record whining of circumstances a deadbeat has created.

You knew the circumstances of being late is a repo. Therefore it was YOU who caused those circumstances, not them.

I know, it also all their fault in typical subprime deadbeat mentality! If YOU can't stand the circumstances YOU cause by not paying YOUR bills, then pay YOUR bills on time!

It's sounds as if you work for the repo company, a thief just like one main crooked *** company waiting for you loan to be 30 days late so they can take your collateral c'mon quit being a *** and be fair not a greedy lil ***!

Fair has nothing to do with it. What counts is the contract you signed.

By the time you're 37 days late, you're already 2 payments down. This isn't their first rodeo with people like you, they know exactly what you're going to do. Keep bad debt on their books. Say your payment due date is 1-1-19.

If you haven't paid come 2-1-19, you're 2 payments in the hole, not one. From the sounds of it, a lesson from DeadBeat 101 was used here. Try and pay just enough just on time so they won't come to get my car. Well, bad news, often times you people miscalculate just how far you're really down or word comes from on high to rope in accounts 60+ days past due before they go 90 days down.

They'll call you like crazy(so-called 3rd party callers) and try to get you to bring your note current. If you can't/won't do that, they're going to force you to make them a priority if you want your car back. By that time, the only way to get it back is to bring your note current and more than likely pay repo fees.

They may tack those repo fees on to the end of the loan as a "favor." Look, this is your fault. 1 day past due or 30, you're breaching the contract YOU signed.
