Well I've read mostly of rude collections practices, and I too have some stories in that regard. But what has me extremly angry, and trying for a course of action is i set up PDC's and after they ran out they didn't contact me.

When I realized nothing was continuing to go to them, I was nearly 45 days past due, THUS a 30 late reported to the bureaus!! Annnnd if that isn't 8 enough... Any phone number I called, I was told "wrong department"! For almost another full month same run around!

Finally someone who could see my account, rude & disrespectful treatment followed.... And here's the kicker....

I'M AN EMPLOYEE!!! Oh, it's STILL not resolved, almost 4 months later!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: Willingboro, New Jersey

I have had a great experience with this company in Topeka, Kansas. I think a lot depends in the branch manager of the city you live in. This office was polite and helpful.

You seem to be an ***. If you work there and your late, you have only yourself to blame.

You have full access to your loan and you don't even monitor it... I hope your position there is not a financial consultant because you would suck at it.

Take ownership of your account and don't blame the company for your non payments.

Carl is right. Pay your bill.

You took the loan, you know when it's due. Why is it your employers fault? Why should ANY creditor be required to call you when YOU neglect to pay? And if your employer didn't fire you for defaulting on a loan why are you even complaining?

Be glad you still have the job.

Seems like your employer is cutting you a break... Maybe you think they should forgive your loan AND give you a raise???
