I'm a long term customer. Raymond Crumpton is my name.

I applied for a loan from Springleaf in Hattiesburg Mississippi a few years ago. Recently Onemain has taken over my account. Andrea is over my account. Since that has happened.

I've dealt with her being very rude. I'm a oilfield worker. Work has really slowed down but still I've made my payments. It got so bad that she was asking where was my truck a months back because she was coming for it.

After asking to talk to another employee. He resolved the matter and my payment was made according to the date that i presented. My pay is bi-weekly and my account with onemain always fall on a odd day. Never have i went through any of this with springleaf.

My account always fall on the days that i get paid. I understand that a person has to do their job. But is it their job to send a threat when your loan doesn't fall on that particular day.

Again. I pay my loan accordingly i wish that something can be done with this issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

THEN DO IT!

As an adult YOU signed a contract in which YOU guaranteed to make all payments on time. It's up to YOU to manage YOUR finances such that YOU make that payment on time.

Again in typical blame game fashion, you are having problems because you aren't paying on time. It's not them...it's YOU!

Why don't YOU do something about YOU??? No, I don't work for them.
